This command-line tool monitors one or more folders and logs any changes
occuring.
These changes can be:
Filename changes (renaming, creating, or deleting a filename).
Directory-name changes (renaming, creating or deleting a directory).
File-size changes.
Security-descriptor changes.
File or dir attribute changes.
Last-write attribute changed.
When a monitored event occurs, notif adds a log entry (stdout or file).
Additionally, it can launch a script file. Some environment variables
describing the event are set and usable by the script file.
